Careful Noha
.. it seems like you have got it in your head that this could take a long time. By taking this method we are leaving it to the Divine Will to guide the changes to our body. As we know, healing can come instantly at times (cancer disappearing in 24 hours, terminal illness disappearing, AIDS disappearing.. etc. etc.). There is certainly no reason that if properly evoked, super metabolic/anabolic functions cannot get super charged and effect changes in the body FAST for the results you want.
The speed at which this is delivered will depend largely on how quickly you receive it into your mind. From all the accounts I have read in terms of how quickly this form of mind command implantation works to produce results that appear out of our immediate control, but are brought about by the mind, it seems to take no more than a few months of consistent effect even for the most difficult situations.
I am happy I got someone else joining me though
… will make for two stories of success instead of just one.
I know this is a very ‘out there’ approach to diet and weight loss, but I’m happy to know at least someone else believes enough to take it on.
Thanks
Jonathan

Thank You Nui. Your words of encouragement are always welcome. I’ll have to take you up on your offer for a homestay tour in Thailand someday soon.

Week 1
Well it has been about a week since I started this. Remarkably enough I have noticed a number of things happening.
- I stopped wanting to eat chocolate. Often times I would have a piece of chocolate once in a while. For the last week a jar has sat by my desk full of chocolate that I see all the time, yet I have no desire to have any.
- My eating habits have changed. For some reason when I am planning meals I am becoming more conscious of the amount of protein I am taking it, and wanting more of it. I am also eating with more frequency.
- My workouts are more regular. Normally things come up and get in the way of me getting my workouts done regularly. This week has been consistent.
- I have needed far less sleep. For most of the week my sleeping time dropped to 5-7 hours a night. Previous to starting this it was around 7-9 hours. This alone is exciting enough to me. Gaining 2 more hours of waking time over a month means 60 more hours.
- According to the scale, sometime around the beginning of the week I weighted in at 226lbs. Today I weighted in at 223lbs. Nothing extraordinary.
- I have more energy and am more alert
- My skin and hair appear to be actually even healthier now.
I have done just as I said I would, with the exception of a few nights where I just didn’t make it the full 5 minutes before falling asleep. That’s ok though, having those thoughts as I fall asleep makes them sink in much more effectively.
I did alter my phrasing a little. I wanted to balance it more with my end result, so I am saying as follows:
I am slender, lean, strong, and muscular.
I dropped the slim for strong.
As for significant body changes that I can see… I am noticing my arms look a little bigger. That’s about all for now. Off to a good start I believe. We will see how things progress into week 2. ![]()

Week 2
This week I have not seen any significant changes. I am still operating similar to week 1. Half way through the week I have started the Baha’i Fast. It will make no difference in my goal, even though it changes my eating habits. My thoughts are focused and I am accomplishing my goal.
Today I actually listened to the audio version of The Secret. Guess what, my entire program that I have outlined here, is exactly what they say to do in order to have the perfect weight. If only I came out with the book before they did.
It is almost erry how similar my program is to their instructions. I guess I was really turned in to the right stuff to come up with this.
Still excited ![]()

Week 3
This week has been similar to last week, except with a few noted differences.
One thing I noticed while I have been doing my meditations over the last week is a strong vibration coming from the center of my (AHEM) crotch. I feel it literally with every word I speak. When I say nothing, I don’t feel it. When I speak the words, I feel it. There was only one other time I felt something like that, and that was while I received a sample Reki session from Annette at The Gathering Place at Golden Ponds. While she was doing something at my feet I started feeling that sensation. I remember her mentioning something about chakras, so I looked it up. Turns out that location is where my Root Chakra is located. As the center point of energy for the body, and the part which appears to handle all things material, it seems that it is the right place to be feeling some kind of energy change/effect.
The other thing to note is going out with a friend yesterday for tea. I have not seen her in a few months. She remarked that my upper body has significantly ‘bulked up’ compared to when she last saw me. That’s a good sign also
My training has also been going strong. I used to struggle sometimes with my weight progression, particularly with my upper body. I would progress one week, and then the following week I would not progress. While my lower body workouts always progressed no matter what. This week however I noticed ALL my workouts progressed in strength increases consistently. So my affirmation of ’strong’ is happening along with ‘muscular’
I am noticing that the image of my body that I am feeding to my mind in meditation is becoming more and more prevalent in my conscious mind. It is as though my conscious mind is ignoring what it sees now, and focusing on what I am giving it during my meditations.
My weight as of today is 225lbs. So it has climbed back up 2lbs compared to a few weeks ago. Though, it appears that it is muscle weight.
I am still fasting. Which has affected my workout times to which I have to workout at night now, and I cannot get a workout on weekends because of the times the gym closes compared to the times I am able to eat. The middle of next week will be the end of the 19 day fast. I am sure my body will adjust after that.
So that is about all I can report for this week. I feel like more exciting changes are coming around very soon. This week I will be in New York City most of the week, so I am going to be losing some workout time, and living on restaurant food all that time. I will be curious to see the results when I return. ![]()

Week 5
I had skipped week 4 because I was in NYC that week and before I knew it I was into the next week. Progress thus far is not much different. More of the same happpening. My training is progressing. I am getting stronger each week. I am seeing changes in my body. The scale still reads the same weight though.
That is about all I can say about my progress thus far. It has only been 5 weeks. A relatively short period for any body to change so dramatic as I am calling.
I think I am going to start to see bigger changes in the coming month. No idea why I think that, I just feel like this critical mass has been building and I am going to hit this tipping point that will suddenly see dramatic results in my body.
We shall see ![]()
